About Noemi
Noemi Rosado has been a Port St. Lucie homeowner since 2001 in the Floresta Gardens neighborhood. Prior to living on the Treasure Coast she lived in West Palm Beach since 1981. Originally from Puerto Rico, Noemi speaks Spanish, and is able to assist the diverse cultures that call Port St. Lucie home.
She has been a licensed Realtor since 2015 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and our local real estate board. Noemi loves to learn and is committed to bettering her knowledge by taking real estate classes, listening to podcasts, and keeping up with the industry news.
Noemi’s prior careers and experience
For 15 years Noemi worked at Chase Bank (previously Washington Mutual) as a personal banker. The world of banking provides a solid foundation of professionalism and customer service which Noemi takes with her in to the real estate industry.
Interestingly, the bank is where Noemi and Sarah, Local Exposure’s broker, met and worked together for a number of years in the Stuart office!
If you live in Tradition you may know Noemi as your mail carrier with USPS. For the past 6 years Noemi spends her mornings delivering the mail to over 1000 households in the 34987 zip code.
MUSIC
Noemi plays the bass guitar in her church band on Sundays and keeps things lively with Latin percussion and drums at home in her spare time.
CAMPING
With her fifth wheel RV she and her husband like to take weekend camping trips to explore Florida and get to know the sunshine state.
GARDENING
Keeping the plants alive – that’s goal number one! But Noemi does enjoy some home gardening as a way to appreciate the outdoors.
